Hi, can anyone just ask to view CCTV footage? For example; If someone accused me of doing something can I ask to see CCTV footage that may have caught the incident [said footage would be owned by my bank]...lol....this sounds terrible!!!! I didn't do it me lawd!!!!
Said incident occured outside the bank at the cash point.

Basically, No. You need to go to the police and they will request to view the CCTV footage.
