Just received a PCN with photo - yes I did park wrongly - but they have not put the correct make of vehicle - I have clearly parked my Motorbike on the pavement - but they have stated that it is a Mercedes Benz ! can I dispute this ticket fairly?

They have a photo and presumably your registration number so an appeal regarding the description of the motorbike would fail
