Hi my niece visited London in July for first time with her children and got lost, parked up to look at map, did not see road markings and has now had 2 fixed penalty notices with photos, showing them in the car. Any idea if she can appeal against this? They only stopped for a few minutes......aaargh!!!!!

no, she dosen't have any reasonable grounds to complain, im my opinion. What a bummer! how come she got 2 for the same bit of parking? She might be able to appeal agaist one of them if its in the same place
tell your niece next time she needs to park ANYWHERE in london, just register her car in another name before she goes there............................ it works for everyone else!!!!
