What you have now established, I imagine, is that the whole area of driveway you have with your 3 neighbours is covered by a convenent such that, whilst legally it is carved up in terms of ownership, no one party can park a vehicle on it. This is exactly the way it should be and it is done to stop the problem your neighbour is creating for you.
Time to calmly and politely show him the Plan. I hope that persuades him of the errors of his ways.
