The pink refers to a plan - probably the Land Registry's own plan - or another plan referred to in the Land Registry's records.

If the pink land is not shown on the plan, it should be explained by a reference within the registers themselves.

its a small strip of pink on the plan - on the shared driveway?
Could well be. The covenants (rules, restrictions, obligations, etc) affecting the pink land should be laid out in the Land Registry's records. I imagine that there's stuff in there about not obstructing the pink land, contributing towards cost of repairs, etc?

Thanks for that I was hoping you was going to say that....
Thats helped.
Kenny - this relates to your earlier question about the shared driveway, I think.
What you have now established, I imagine, is that the whole area of driveway you have with your 3 neighbours is covered by a convenent such that, whilst legally it is carved up in terms of ownership, no one party can park a vehicle on it. This is exactly the way it should be and it is done to stop the problem your neighbour is creating for you.
Time to calmly and politely show him the Plan. I hope that persuades him of the errors of his ways.
