I recently visitied Spain with my girlfriend where we were convidted of a criminal offence that we did not commit. Whilst we have paid a fine, we were given a further fine that we have as yet, not paid. I am due to travel to France shortly and was wondering whether:

a) I will have any problems getting through customs

b) Whether my offence in Spain translates in any way to my Passport through international law?

and

c) Will the offence we are charged with in Spain be added to criminal convictions in the UK or internationally, if at-all?

Any response to these questions would be greatfully recieved.
