But I just question that what they do is legal. I personally am not worried by them - no reason to be, but surely their bullying approach is illegal . Even credit agencies have rules and regulations about using bullying tactics.

Thanks for the informed answers. I hope you get it sorted out xraanswerban, but quite honestly I think it's better just to bin the correspondence. They have no right of entry and will never be able to prove there is a television if there isn't one!! As for your aerial cable, well you just can't prove anything.
