resident order
i gave my childs father residency when i had leave in the uk. i done this because i feared that she too would be removed from the country i explained this to the judge and now i have my leave but its been 2 year since it was granted i have a contact order. and have keep in touch with her constantly. she is only three and not in nusurey yet what are my chances and how long will it take in court( if i go to the same judges that hepled grant the orders)

Why do you need to go back to court for this can't you and the childs dad come to an agreement over this as it has to be better than going through court.
Why remove her from where she is unless shes being harmed or at risk from harm.

well i have tried but he says he doesn't want to be aweekend dad. i feel that since him and his partner are expecting soon she would be getting the attention she needs compared to when she is with me. i am her mother and a child needs its mother. this was never meant to be a long term thing and about being settled. i have not been an ubsent parent she has been with me for periods of months in a role.
