My neighbour has a camera pointed into my garden and watch everyone who comes and goes from my house. They are spying on me and are trying to get me eveicted by compalining to my landlords. I want to know if the camera is legal. I

Can you set up a light to shine directly into the camera lens? or a mirror to reflect back? or fit a camera to watch your neighbour?
