I am due to have a divorce served on my by my wife after 4 months apart. She has left the marrital home which is in both of our names, she has not left me for anyone else. 4 months ago i caught her at my male friends house when she said she was elsewhere and they had been kissing.I attacked him and hit my wife in the shoulder and grabbed her throat. What are the implications if i do not sign the divorce papers?
