My brother has just been arrested for GBA with intent, Ive only ever heard of GBH?? He had a fight with a group of boys after being provoked and one of the boys fighting with my brother was hurt due to an injury sustained by my brother and was admitted to hospital. We do not know the outcome of the boys condition, and really not sure if we are aloud to ask the police??? The court date is in a months time, what could be possible outcomes?? Thanks.
