i believe there is a new law coming in regarding ownership of swords etc.. my partner has one of these as he does jujitsu (can't spell it sorry) does this mean he will have to surrender this as he uses it for training purposes at the club of which he is a member. thanks

thanks thecorbyloon, much appreciated
How do you determine who's a collector and who's a nutter who just has a couple of big pointy swords?
Errr, not that im calling your partner a nutter jaycee!
Seems it depends on whether you're wealthy enough to spend four grand on a real sword, as opposed to the cheapy fifty quid versions. If you're wealthy, you're never a nutter, as we all know. (Possibly eccentric...?)
who kin cares the high street is full of weapons, banning a few swords won't matter.
