Can my partner adopt my daughter

i have a 15 n half month old daughter i have been wid my fella for 9 n half months. she has never seen her bilogical father and he walked out when i was four and a halfs months pregnant, we was together for 4 n half years. She still seeing his little sister but i would like to nop if by law my boyfriend would be aloud to adopt her. Her bilogocal father is not on her birthj certificate so would i still need his permission and also does any one no ruffly how much it cost to do this.+

It is far too soon into the relationship for him to adopt her.

However, you don't need to be married for him to adopt her, and as the father is not on the birth certificate and you weren't married you don't not need his permission.
