Alcohol or tobacco
You are particularly likely to be asked questions if you have more than:
3200 cigarettes, 200 cigars, 400 cigarillos, 3kg tobacco, 110 litres of beer, 90 litres of wine, 10 litres of spirits, 20 litres of fortified wine (such as port or sherry).

Duty free no longer exists between EU nations so the answer is 0.
However there is no limit to what you can bring back duty paid for your own use.
The limits posted by pug100 are not legal limits but Customs own limits where they will generally not ask any questions or do anything at all. (unless you do it every other day!). Above that they may well take an interest and ask some questions about your intentions with said merchandise. For example if you have a 2 ton van full of cigarettes, they may well be for your own use but customs will take some convincing! They can also visit you after the initial inspection and ask to see the goods that you imported for your own use.
In summary you wil be fine if you stick within what pug100 has said.

The exceptions are the Canary Islands and Gibraltar.
As Ibiza is not part of the Canaries it is treated exactly the same as mainland Spain and other EU countries.
