Just wanted to find out if I can claim the time I have to spend writing letters unnecessarily (clearly they ignoring the facts written on my letters) sending their standard letters nothing corresponds to my letter. I am PCO (public carriage office) registered driver I could have been working earning my living rather than writing clearly and very plainly unnecessary letters and sometimes going to court (TAPAS) takes all my time. I pasted the letters I have already sent to them and now just filled the application form to go to TAPAS. I am absolutely sure this will not go to TAPAS they will back up 2 days before the court day. (Had many similar instances.) Below is the first letter and the second letter .. I have been issued two tickets from same offence at the same spot 18 minutes after first one. Spoken to Warden ws5316 asked why he issued second ticket his defence was I might have been moved from double yellow line to single yellow in the same street!! Time of the first ticket issued looks like 07.58 not 08.58 to me it is absolutely clear it is an eight. NOT FUNNY at all. I have paid the PCN no ws252 9462 6 today (ref no 17824) please cancel the other ticket PCN no wm38084429. Above is the original letter sent to you and it is received Reference: C107673 The second letter will be posted with the same question title.( too many charactes couldn't posted here not enough spaace)
If you are subsequently found innocent of the offences then I would imagine you could pursue a claim through the small claims court for the expenses you have incurred fighting this.
