daughter split from boyfreind due to him being vilont towards her. they have 9 month od son together he says he wants 50 50 rights her solicitor told her not to let him see son till comes to court .are it will weaken her case. and because she works part time and because he goes to child minder partime .tthat may go against her and the judge may give him the right to have him while she works. he unemployed idol ******* never worked shes always broght in the bacon. plus he smokes weed.

Her working and using a childminder will not go against her, if her solicitor told her that she needs to get a new one.
Does she has police reports or anything regarding the violence? Get a decent solicitor and if he is violent and a risk only allow supervised access.

cheers my cats yes she has recently reported him to police after coming home so they have it on record now but last time he broke her rib and busted her ear drum . she never reported it . then but as told them about it now will that count . she as ref number to domestic vilonce police team.
