selling part of garden off

I have a bit of garden that i would sell its about 40 ft by 12 . there is an open foot path and a field beside it > No car accsess but maybe a ok for growing vegs any idea what i can do to sell it???????? may be if the neighbours behind me would like to buy it?? but they are old . But they do have accsess to build as they have got drive and garage i dont but i dont think they will be interested. any one help me with the idea????? thanks
