Thank you dzug,fredpuli47 and Barmaid for you very helpful answers this morning. Barmaid thank you very much for your very detailed answer. I read it a few times before I was able to grasp it. tyvm. Can you please help me on this, anyone. A "Will" has been granted probate. I want to see the estate accounts that were submitted to the Probate office and were used to calculate inheretence tax. I can't demand them legally and if I ask the executor and sole benefisiary for them I will be refused. Is there a way around this problem?
