my son has submitted a form to the courts Parental Responsibility Order and visitation rights, these where placed with the courts on Monday 3rd March. Has any one any knowledge or experience of this proceedure as to how long the process takes to enable him to be able to see his two little boys aged 9 and 8, untill Nov 07 he was living with them and his partner, she decided she had had enough of family life and told my son to go he has not seen his boys since Jan she will not allow him even when he turned up to see them playing footy she caused such problems infront of every body she kicked and punch my son and said she would get an order to stop him from going any where near his sons, she even had ago at the footy manager for letting my son know where the boys where playing. They are not married the boys have my sons name
