Is there any law about being spammed by text messages?

I don't think there is... it's only phone calls I believe, but I am sick to death of Yes Loans texting me twice a day on my works mobile, and of course I can find no email address to tell them to stop (so if anybody has an email address for them I'd be grateful)

Can you not send a reply text with the word 'STOP'?

No - they're clever in that the text message is generated by an IT system and does not come from another phone , so when you press Reply- there is no number!
On their website, go to legal disclaimer.

Apparently if you e-mail STOP and your details to:

[email protected]

they will stop harrasing you.

If this fails, they're fairly local to me. Give me your details, I will write this on a piece of paper, and attach to a brick with the word STOP on it and toss it through one of their windows

Yes Loans have given up (for now) despite the email to 'enquiries' being bounced.
Has anybody got similar details for Bluesky Finance as they are still spamming my mobile?
