I know who owns the fences on each side of my property but who owns the one at the bottom between the two properties in parallel roads? Can it be jointly owned as my neighbour thinks? There are no 'T' marks on the Title Deeds of my property on the bottom boundary.

If there are no T markings it makes things very difficult - have you looked at his Title Deeds?

Anyway - it can be jointly owned (party fence) as can any boundary between two properties.

The good thing about the bottom fence is it can easily be disguised with bushes, shrubs and so on.

As boundary disputes can wreck neighbour relations I would consider agreeing it is a party fence, suggest the cheapest possible solution that is satisfactory to both of you and get planting.
It can be owned jointly or it can be owned by either party.

Depends who put it up.
I own that fence, touch it and die.

Thanks Ethel and Dzug. My neighbour's Deeds don't show a 'T' either. The previous owners of my neighbour's property actually put it up. I think we'll take it as jointly owned. He can pay for the fence panels and I'll put it up.
That's an eminently sensible solution mikelcuk
you can find out the boundaries covering all the area of land around your property on this website:
