my sister has been on incapacity benefit because she had a hip replacement last year,now she wants to return to work.does anybody know how many hours a week she can work without losing all of her incapacity benefit.she does want to return to work but feels that she can only manage something part time for the moment...thanks in advance...

In case you aren't aware, the law for Incapacity Benefit is about to change.

At the end of this year it will become 'Employment and Support Allowance'
it's not exactly clear how this will change things, so be careful.
That is only for new claimants. Existing claimants will remain on Incapacity Benefit.
