If its not one thing its another.
My son used to live in a flat that had cable> NTL used to run it but it was taken over by Virgin. My son left the flat nearly 2 years ago now but for some reason Virgin are still charging him for the service and dispite talking to them and his bank they are still getting money out of him by direct debit.
What can we do about this situation?
I would like to know if my son will be able to claim the 72 that virgin have had off him and can he claim from the bank for the times that his bank account has gone over due to a direct debit that they should have counciled when he asked them to? I ask this because when Virgin take their money he goes over his overdraft and then gets charged 35 a month for it by the bank. Thanks for your time.

Secondly contact the bank to prevent further DD being taken out of his account by Virgin.
Thirdly, start the process of unwinding the situation about monies taken in error and the impact that has had on going overdrawn. He is going to prove point one before starting on the third point.
