when can i leave?

ok well, im almost 15 and i hate living where i am right now. my grandpa has guardianship over me and my parents cant have me back. so, i want to know when i have the right to leave? i dont like my grandparents at all because they drink and sometimes abusive in many ways. WHEN CAN I LEAVE THIS PLACE?!!!!

If you are unhappy living with your grand-parents you could go to Social Services and voice your concerns or if you don't want to do that is there a teacher that you trust? or youth leader? a relative? or parent of a friend? At 15 a court takes very seriously your wishes on where you live.
