do travelers need tax & mot's ? or how do they use vans on roads?

Of course they need tax and MOT,that is the law of the country.They would be committing an offence to drive their vehicles on public highways without tax and MOT.
yes they need TAX and MOT but whether they have them is a different question
forget me not has the right answer .... mind you with these new DATABASE , info kept by the police , if they dopnt have insurance ,,,, when stopped and checked , do the police tow , the trucks/coaches , away ,.... or turn a blind eye ..... 2and quickly go on another shout " .....!
And they use them by driving them.
They need tax, MOT and insurance, most of their vehicles do not have them, when or rather if the police stop them they just change sites ie move on, therefore not appearing in court or paying any fines.

Most don't need MOTs as their vehicles are new they can afford them, income tax is also something they don't pay

It's funny how they opt out of society and refuse to conform to the law of the land.....but are first in the queue for benefits, legal aid etc.
I think its known as 'sponging off the rest of us'
