Garage Problem

I bought a house on the schedule it said with a garage, it refers to a garage in the schedule twice,the missives have been done with the schedule particulars as being WHOLE AND ALL. Scottish Law.

It turns out the garage I was shown is not in the plans of the house. So I have paid for and not got a garage.

Is the sale NULL and VOID?

Does anyone know.
