If its went to crown, have you pleaded not guilty then?
The defendant has no input to sentencing, the judge will dish out what he thinks, end of.
Quite so, Loosehead.

There is a minimum mandatory disqualification of 12 months for dangerous driving. In addition an extended re-test must be ordered. The starting point for sentencing is a custodial sentence.

If the matter is being heard before a Crown Court (because either magistrates have declined jurisdiction or the defendant has asked for trial by jury) then these minimum provisions are likely to be exceeded. There is no way to "buy" a reduction in sentence.
120 to let you back on the roads quicker for more dangerous driving!!!! You have got to be joking. You have done a crime, serve the time. Why should we always be wary about driving when there are people like yuo about.
Literally same ridiculous charge for me undertook an un marked police car and they want to ban me for 12 months.
