Is the will valid?
I am dealing with my mother's estate have just realised that the will she wrote was not dated. Is it valid? It is uncomplicated as I am the only child, sole beneficiary and although there is another executor besides me, he is willing to reserve his right and let me carry on with things.

But in any case a will is still legally valid even if is not dated - having the date simplifies things if compications arise such as a second will.
