is there any way I can get the csa to change my payments to the new system of 20% for 2 children I am on the old one and have to pay 30%. They say they can not change me over because i am " on the old one" How can they run 2 systems

i suppose they are either charging you more because they either can; or you are paying through the nose for the deadbeats that don't. kick up a stink - contact your mp, write to them and complain etc. good luck!
