i was hit on the psenger side of my car b a woman who went threw a set of red lights while mine where n a green she was speeding and there where three witnesses been waiting three months for investigation to end and tday i recieve a letter sayin there is evidece tosupprt proecution agains myself,???
but insead of proecution i ambeing offered a driver improvement course??
hae i missed something here i got hit no fault three witneses statments taen by police and then i recieve this any idea s why is it a mistake or god knows wot i cant contact relevent department until monday wot a way to spoil a weekend

If you accept the Driver Improvement Course you will be avoiding potential prosecution, with fine and possible points on your licence, but admitting guilt.

If you are adamant you were driving properly and are the innocent victim, refuse the course and let them prosecute.

i been waiting for over three months to wot i thought would have been letter saying other oman would be dealt ith in someway now im so angery and stressed it unbelivable also i was supposed to get copy of police report needless to say that not arrivd yet

right 9am monday morning and i rand police its not a clerical error or something person i spoke to wasnt willing to disscuss it either just said fill the driving improvement form in either way did say if i refuse to do course then they will start magistrates proceedings
