So I'm guessing the property (I'm guessing a fram with land) is in your name only, and mortgage (if any).

You've split and are going through separation proceedings and you are trying to find out how much interest she has in the property (if it has to be sold and how much (if any) should go to her).

You also want to know about how much you might be asked to pay for support as I guess her work is house related and on the farm rather than her having an independant income?
