There is certainly an extradition treaty between Spain and the UK (and Eir�) so it is possible.

tonyfox...the cops are unlikley to extradite you from any country over an assault charge..but beware if ya get yourself into any trouble in your new country,it's going to be worse for you if they deport you back to the uk. as us old lags say..if ya go,stay gone. if you do run then return ,you're definately looking at jail time. best wishes ,gonzo (currently on the run..somewhere in europe)!
