My daughter has run off to live with her boyfriend and his family.She is only 16 but i have been informed by social services that although i have parential responsabilty i have no rights to bring her home.She has called me saying she needs a passport.Does she need me to sign her aplication and does she need my permision to travel abroad?.Please help as i am sick with worry about this...Mum
