i was given a caution and got my PNC back and it had on ...........THEFT BY EMPLOYEE AND KINDRED OFFENCES WHAT DO THEY MEAN

They mean you stole from your employer and commited other offences along the same lines.

thanks ethel i let a woman off in the shop cos she didnt have enough money and she didnnt come back and cos i didnt let my boss know he sacked me and got me done,but the kindred offences is not right

Not sure I agree with Ethel - I think it's a standard catch all phrase describing the one offence. It means that the offence isn't too closely defined and they can use the same wording for several different things without having to be too precise.
