travel agent - response to complaint letter

hi all - hope ur having a gd morning so far....

we wrote a complaint letter to thomsons travel 24 days ago. we've heard not a peep from em. how long should i give them to respond before i chase this up? should i ring em to ask for a response ot the letter? or should i write another letter?

PS - to get maximum response to tis question i'm also posting it in the travel section.
