What options do i have if my iva fails? We have missed 8 consecutive payments due to the standing order being set up wrongly by the iva company. I did notify them twice of this but they kept setting the details up wrong. Now we are in arrears by 8 months and i am worried. Will i have to go bankrupt or are there any other options.
