yes, proper financial advisors can. make an appointment at the C.A.B.

There are loads of website which will tell you about IVAs, but most of them are provided by commercial firms who want to take your money. (An IVA is likely to cost you several thousand pounds in fees).

My advice is to contact your local CAB, CCCS or Payplan. They will give you free advice on your situation. IVAs are not the easy solution that the adverts will have you believe.

You need to have at least �200 disposable income each month for the IVA plan
