i have been charged with abh section 47 i know my lawyer will tell me to plead guilty but i cant because i did not do what they said on that note what is the worst possible outcome and what is the best outcome

hi i throw coffee over her she then throw coffee over me as i walked away she then attacked me but her friends said it was me who attacked her i will admit to the coffee but i will never admit to attacking her because i know i did not . when i told the police this and said i wanted something done about her they said i was only do it to get my own back one more note she got sacked from work for gross misconduct i left of my own accord
