Dodgy websites?
My partner and i have both recently placed an order on a website and have not received our goods. We have emailed the company and had no reply and have also contacted Google who host the companys payment system. Both orders total approx 70.
We are now looking to report the company in some way- to claim our money back and to stop other people falling into the same trap.
Can anyone suugest who we would need to contact to do so?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed that the website has recently updated and now says:
"Any orders that were made between 10th and 25th September have been delayed due to a problem with our dispatch centre. All deliveries between these dates will be made this week."
of and if it isn't obvious: the jewelrry is fake :) my friend just confirmed it :)

Its very true the Jewllery is fake- the real Tiffany & co have confirmed that to me...when i reported it. However, the company is also breaking the law by the lack of contact information of their website...not just by selling fakes.
Under the consumer protection act 2000 you are entitled to a full refund of the item if you want it- even before it arrives...so if you do feel that you don't want it (and to be honest you will be lucky to recieve it ) then i would get on their case.
It took lots of emails to Google, Tiffany and calls to Consumer Direct plus the company where the business is registered (PO BOx address) to get my money back- please don't let them win by making money out of you!!..and others!

i bought twice from this website. i bought a necklace from them back in august. The delivery was slow at first but i think its new because i havent seen it before until recently. When i got the item it was great and they gave me a voucher for 5 to compensate for late delivery so i bought from them again. The only reason i can think of to their slow service is probably that its become so popular because many of my friends at work know about it which is surprising.
wondy have you got your item yet?

I also ordered from this website on the 8th of October & I have not received anything. Sam100, could you please advise me how to get my money back. I paid with my debit card so I cannot do a chargeback. Also, Consumer Direct told me I should write to the company but they do not seem to have a valid address. Are there any numbers or addresses you can give me to write/call. I really need to get my money back, I am very upset!!!

I am having this same problem. I have got in touch with the place where the tiffany on sale business is registered to- it is a storage place. I have got to call again tomorrow but they've said they will contact the 'business' and will have to kick them out of the premises (if they're still there!). I am going to contact trading standards- although it was only 20, it was MY 20 that I had to work for to spend! (I placed my order on October 6th)
I did notice that at one point last week the website was unavailable... But it is back up and running now! Grrrrr!
