Can my wife throw me out of the house?
We married 4 years ago (2nd time round for both).
Shortly afterwards, she gave up work (following a couple of traumas where she nearly lost her life).
I sold my house and we live in hers. Mine has been (is) the sole income: from a small pension and profits from the banked equity from my house. She has no savings (although the amount we have in savings is in joint names).
If we ever argue, she says she'll get the polioce to evict me as it's her house. But I pay all the bills (and more).

Take out all the monsy in your joint account and put it in your own account to start with.

Move out and either live in rented or with relatives and see how she gets on without your money.
Yes.....she can have you thrown out.......but don't worry, plenty more fish.
