An online casino which my partner used wants him to sign a disclaimer of all of his transactions saying he will not dispute any of his withdrawals, some of which are very large. Then he will have access to a VIP account. This sounds really strange to me. Why would they want him to do this?

They want him to do that so that if he loses large amounts of money, he can't claim somebody else was accessing his account.

I would not agree to such a disclaimer
Money laundering regulations
