Okay, well ive been talking to this girl (e-mailing her on facebook and stuff) i didnt treaten her at all but i said that i want her and her boyfriend to get back together, but i sent alot of emails trying to convince her. and did some other silly stuff aswell. she might have told the police, i just want to know if im in serious trouble or not, and if they can get a court order to get my ipaddress because they could get my email off facebook. I want to know if i am in alot of trouble or they will just not consider doing anything cause its not that big of a deal.

I think you need to be a bit more explicit as to exactly what you said and what "other silly stuff" was involved.
Unless it was really serious, I doubt whether the police will bother, but you could end up with your facebook account terminated or your email account suspended.

I am not sure I really understand this.
Let me guess you WERE her boyfriend? You created a fake name and email address and started up a conversation with her in an attempt to persuade her to go back to you? Whilst doing so you asked for nude pics?
How old are you? How old is she?
I should imagine nothing will come of it - unless she has persistently told you to leave her alone and you have ignored her, in which case you could face a harassment charge. Possible but unlikely.

I don't think it's against the law anywhere to have a fake Facebook name. Asking for nude photos was a dumb idea, but doing it only once almost certainly isn't harassment. (Doing it twice, especially if she said no, might be.) A lot of this will depend on state law, but I'm guessing that if you're in any trouble it will be small rather than big. From what you've said it sounds pretty much like typical teenage interaction.
What your school might do I've no idea, it'll have its own policies. If you apologised already, that should help.
