My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota
I have been unable to pay in full of my restitution fees to my probation. i have been on probation for 5 years and was told that i must pay about $5,000. well, i have 5 months left and i have only paid about 1/4 of the amount. what will happen when my probation is complete and i still have my restitution to pay? will this make it impossible for me to get my felony expunged since it's my first and only offense?
