I recieved telephone call which I thought was about a company claiming back bank charges for 49.99 if successful. later that night I called back after realising I did want the service.I Was then told that I was sold a pack containing legal documents that I was going to complete myself to claim back the charges. I explained that I did not realise that this was the case and was then told that they had already taken my money. I asked if I was able to get my money back. I am still waiting for an answer. what can I do??? doriangray
