If somone damaged there knee when they were 25yrs old and it resulted in injections to slow down arthritis and they would need a knee replacement in the very near furture receive much compensation??
They can only work part-time and can not do much because of the bad knee.
## PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER IF YOUR GOING TO START PREACHING ABOUT WINNING THE CASE ETC!!!

How did it happen?

Who is responsible for causing the injury?

Does the consultant say the bad knee is a direct result of the injury?
