what does taken without owners consent mean? i was told by someone to use it now because i cant afford to pay it she gone to police about it but i didnt take it i was told i could use it? any ideas?

I assume you're talking about a vehicle, although your question isn't specific!
Please reassemble the words in your question so that they make some sense. You may then get more useful answers.
csimcox was told s/he could buy someone's car and pay a certain amount for it, and now s/he can't afford to pay for it

I *think* that's what the OP says or that's my interpretation of the question

If correct, csimcox just give back the car - a lemon could work out what to do as far as that is concerned
This could equally apply to a credit card or mobile phone etc. It doesn't have to be a car that csimcox is talking about.
that's true, but then maybe it would be theft/fraud rather than TWOC?
This has turned into a guessing game about what the question actually says rather than a set of answers to the question!

its a mobile phone and i have gave the phone back to them already but there is a bill that i cant afford to pay till payday but they wont accept that and have gone to the police about it and tryin to get me done for twoc1 that help?
