separation - rights?

Hi I have lived with my boyfriend for 7 yrs and things are not going as well as they used to. I lived with him in his own flat for 3 years and then we bought a house together in England for 4 years. We got a tenants in common arrangement sorted out on the house and he owns a larger share of the house. Do I have any other financial rights - we are not married just co habiting.

What sort of rights do you want? You will have to decide how to divide your furniture and other possessions and give him the option to buy you out or sell.
