i have worked for my employer witihn the local trust hospital for 10 years on theatres working days 8.30-16.30 no weekends monday to friday. My question A new cmpany is taking over in april and we have gone through a management of change consultation process that had no consultation with us.After the 90 day deadline they gave us the new hours of work two weeks aftrwards can they change my hours from the above to full time 14.00-2200 every day and this includes 3 weekends out of four on the same hours
What do you mean there was no consultation with you? - who was the consultation with then?
Can the hours be changed/ - yes, it is possible, subject to consultation.
Presumably you are changing your employer via TUPE?
