18 yr old in mag courts for abh been adjourned 4 times due to police not producing cctv footage than on 5th court hearing they did,judge decided to now go to crown court.in between the adjornments 18yr old was assulted but police now well charge with an affray.crown court due in 3wks time,no other convictions.does anyone know what the likely hood is for the 18 yr old please.

a lot will depend on the circumstances - how badly was the victim of the abh attack hurt?
When you say the 18yr old was assaulted, I presume you mean the defendant to the abh charge? Were the two incidents connected?
If you give us a bit more info we may be able to advise you x

the two inidents are separate but close together via 2ks.18yr old up in crown court for abh and wk later back in police st to find out if going to be charged with affray? as you can see its a mess,thanks for replying back to me
