that a company cannot pursue someone for a debt if 6 years have elapsed?...thanx in advance.....

However, the organisation I was employed by had simply miscalculated the amounts over the years, something I was ignorant of, but it was muggins of course who had to cough up for the mistakes of others! Not that I mind paying what I owe, but it don't half make you cuss anyway when some pillock's incompetence rebounds on little old unsuspecting you!
