1) How is interest dealt with in:

(i) litigation
(ii) arbitration

And how do these differ to adjudication??

2) The law in respect of adjudication is currently undergoing a review.

What is the purpose of the review, the proposed legislation and the likely implications for the construction industry??

(The proposed legislation is the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill which is expected to become law at the end of 2009. What can you tell me about this? )

Sounds like a coursework assignment/homework question.
Have you looked at your lecture notes and/or couse text books.
Surely you can find something about this proposed legislation-e.g. this:
http://www.commonsleader.gov.uk/output/page266 4.asp
Just read it and summarise it in your own words

Yeah I have been over notes and looked in couple of books and websites, I did come across that website you mentioned. I am particularly stuck on the first question as little confused about the term 'interest' and how it differs (arbitration and adjudication seem quite similar).... and also regarding question 2 not really sure how this would affect the construction industry??
